Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment before exhaling slowly through your nose. Repeat this a few times, allowing your body to relax with each breath. Make the inhale shorter than the exhale. Breathe in for 4, hold for 2, and breathe out for 6.
Take a ball of golden light to the base of your spine and extend the golden light into the heart of Mother Earth; feel yourself connected. Extend the golden light up your spine and connect to the heart of the Universe.
Now, imagine roots growing from your feet, extending deep into the earth below you. Feel these roots anchoring you, grounding you to the present moment. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more stable and more connected to the earth’s energy.
Bring your attention to the centre of your chest, to your heart space. Visualise a warm, glowing light emanating from this area. As you breathe, this light grows brighter and expands, filling your entire body with its warmth and radiance.
From this heart-centred space, think about something you truly desire. It could be a goal, a change in your life, or a feeling you want to experience more often. Hold this desire in your mind, feeling the emotion of having this desire in your heart.
Now, imagine a doorway of light appearing before you. This doorway represents a quantum jump—a leap into a future where your desire has manifested. Take a deep breath, and with confidence, step through this doorway.
As you pass through, you find yourself six months in the future. Look around and notice the details of your surroundings. How does this future version of your life look and feel? Observe the changes that have occurred as a result of your desire manifesting.
Take note of how you feel in this future. What emotions are you experiencing? How has achieving this desire impacted your life? Engage all your senses—what do you see, hear, feel, smell, or taste in this new reality?
Now, bring your attention to your future self. Notice how they carry themselves and how they interact with the world around them. What wisdom does this future version of you have to share? Listen closely to any advice or insights they offer. You will remember everything.
As you prepare to return to the present, know that you can carry the energy and knowledge of this future reality back with you. Take a deep breath, feeling gratitude for this experience and the manifestation of your desire.
When you’re ready, visualise yourself stepping back through the doorway of light, returning to the present moment. As you do, feel the energy of your future self integrating with your current self.
Bring your awareness back to your heart centre, feeling it glow with the potential of what you’ve experienced. Remember, this future is not just a possibility—it’s a reality you’re creating with each thought and action.
Slowly become aware of your physical surroundings. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying with you the inspiration and motivation from your journey into the future.
