Writing and journaling are incredibly powerful. The act of writing allows your subconscious thoughts to flow.
Then upon reflection, you begin to see sense, patterns, ways through your problems and onto solutions, ideas and inspiration.
You will start to get incredible insights, and if you choose, you can make some significant changes based on what you learn.
This is what journaling gives you.
