About Me

Dale Darley

A bit of background

I hold an MBA from The University of Glamorgan, an ILM level 7 Executive Coaching certificate and an NLP Practitioners certificate. Prior to becoming a coach I taught Executive Leadership, Assertiveness Skills and Knowledge Management. I have served in senior marketing management roles in the IT and manufacturing sectors.

I am a mistress of words, a champion of ideas, and a catalyst for transformation. As an author, coach, and content and course creator, my work is centred around empowering individuals and businesses to harness the power of their ideas and effectively articulate them through the written word.

I'm known for my inspiration, energy, strategic creativity and ability to turn abstract concepts into tangible outcomes. Whether it's coaching, engineering an eBook or blog, crafting a best-selling book, or developing an engaging course, I bring a depth of understanding, a wealth of experience, and a genuine passion for what I do.

My philosophy revolves around the belief that words have the power to change lives. Words, are not just tools for communication but vehicles for transformation. They can inspire, motivate, educate, and create profound connections. My mission is to help others leverage this transformative power to tell their stories, share their knowledge, and make a meaningful impact.

In my free time, I am an avid reader and explorer, always on the hunt for new ideas and inspiration. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and personal growth, continually seek to expand my horizons and deepen my understanding of the world.

In my other free time you can find me walking my furries, writing and eating cake.

My Values

Freedom is the state of being free and having the ability to act, think, or express oneself without hindrance or restraint. It is the power to make choices without interference from others. It is a fundamental human right that allows individuals to live their lives as they see fit, without fear of oppression or coercion.

Fairplay is the principle of treating all people equally and with justice. It is the idea that everyone should have an equal opportunity to succeed and that the rules of the game should be the same for everyone. It is the belief that everyone should play by the same set of rules and that no one should be given an unfair advantage.

Peace is the absence of war or violence and the presence of harmony and understanding. It is the state of being free from conflict and disturbance, both within oneself and in society. It is the ability to live in a state of calm and security, free from fear and anxiety. Peace is essential for the prosperity and well-being of individuals, communities and nations.

And a bit more...

Dale and the dogs

When I was just a kid, all I wanted to be was a rockstar, my room was covered in posters and I knew every word to "Wishing Well" by heart. But, like all good dreams, reality had to come crashing in. One day, a teacher told me I couldn't sing, and another teacher told my dad and me I'd never go to university. But, you know what they say, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade"!

Those early disappointments and some pretty tough life events ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me. I learned to love myself, reclaim my self-worth and most importantly, I discovered what truly lights me up.

So, let this be a reminder to never let anyone dim your shine, because you never know, you might just be the next Rockstar of whatever you were born to do.
