This week I drew three cards from the Self-Love Oracle. The cards are:

  • I am who I am
  • Release to mama earth
  • Cleanse and protect

These cards work really well together. Take a look at the journal prompts and think about who you are becoming or who you want to become and explore. Then consider what you need to let go of, create some better boundaries and let go with the cleanse and protect prompts.

Journal prompts for “I am who I am”:

  1. What does it mean to you to be your authentic self? Are there any parts of yourself that you feel you hide from others? Why?
  2. How have the expectations and opinions of others influenced your sense of self? Are there any changes you’d like to make in order to feel more true to yourself?
  3. What are some qualities or traits that you admire in others? Are there any of these qualities that you would like to cultivate within yourself?

Journal prompts for “Release to mama earth”:

  1. What are some negative emotions or experiences that you’ve been holding onto? How can you use nature and the elements to help you release these feelings?
  2. What are some ways that you can connect more deeply with the natural world? How can spending time in nature help you feel more grounded and centred?
  3. What are some practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine to help you stay connected to the earth and its rhythms? How can you use these practices to cultivate a deeper sense of peace and balance in your life?

Journal prompts for “Cleanse and protect”:

  1. What are some toxic people (people with toxic behaviours) or situations that you need to let go of in your life? How can you create healthy boundaries to protect your own well-being?
  2. What are some daily habits or routines that you can incorporate into your life to help you feel more energized and centred? How can you use these habits to cleanse your body and mind of negative energy?
  3. What are some affirmations or mantras that you can use to help you feel more empowered and protected? How can you incorporate these affirmations into your daily life to cultivate a sense of inner strength and resilience?
