How Can I help You?
We can often get stuck and not understand how to navigate our way out of it. These sessions are about me listening to you and then intuitively guiding you to find your answers. After the session, you will get journal prompts, affirmations, a mandala, and writing exercises that you can explore in your own time.
Should you then want to explore what you have written, you simply book another session to unpack or book a set of 6 sessions.
Please note my diary is set up for normal working hours in Spain (CET).
