Return To The Wild
Reconnect with your wild heart in circle 21 Day Wild Remembering PracticeThe Messy Middle Reset Kit (Soon)Come Home to Your Wild Heart
You’re in the Messy Middle
It’s not such a bad place, yet you feel alone. Everything is changing. You’re changing. And you’re tired of pretending you have it together.
You don’t have to collapse in a heap and give up – not yet. There is so much more that wants to emerge through you – if you gave yourself a chance.
You’ve spent decades belonging to everyone else – their needs, their timelines, their ideas of who you should be. Now you’re learning something more radical: how to belong to yourself.
Imagine dancing to your own rhythm and listening to your own wild, untamed heart.
But first, you might need to stop seeing yourself as broken or weird or a tired old thing.
Have you hearf of kintsugi, the Japanese art of golden joinery? Instead of throwing away broken pottery, they mend it with gold, making the cracks part of the beauty. The cracks aren’t hidden; instead, they are transformed into a beautiful piece of art that holds a different story.
Western culture typically teaches us to believe that cracks are signs of weakness and failure and must be hidden at all costs.
We can waste decades trying to be a perfect whole something. What if the cracks weren’t faults to mend, but part of what makes you valuable?
Return to the Wild is a circle for women dancing in the fire, splashing in the water and blowing the clocks off dandelions. This is where your mess is welcome, your not-knowing is held, and your journey back to yourself is witnessed by women who understand.
Here, we gather monthly to write, share, and remember – to reconnect with the cycles that hold us, share stories, and listen to the truth that gets lost in the noise.
You learn to belong to yourself by being witnessed by women who see you – really see you – and don’t look away.
The Path Back to Your Wild Heart
The Rhythm You’ve Been Missing
You’ve been trying to live in straight lines -hitting goals, checking boxes, staying productive – ug!
But your body doesn’t work that way. Your energy ebbs and flows. Your heart needs rhythms, not deadlines.
This circle follows the oldest rhythm we have: the moon. Not because it’s mystical (though it can be), but because your body already responds to it – whether you’re paying attention or not.
We write because sometimes you need to get out of your head and into your truth. We share because being witnessed – really seen without judgment- lets your heart open and your whole being breathe in ways that trying to fixing yourself never could.
We have just forgotten how to connect the magic within to the magic around us.
We work with themes from Words From The Wild as a guide.
Write From The Wild is a 7-part therapeutic writing methodology that will guide your from awareness through embodied integration. My core philosophy is writing to feel, not to heal – that will follow. The body knows first. Nothing needs to be pretty.
There is no better version of you than who you already are below the conditioning and rules from goodness knows where. There’s just you – wild, bold, brave and beautiful – waiting to be remembered.

Inside the Circle
Monthly Wild Moon Writing Circle
Gather under the moon to write from the wild, unedited place in you that remembers the truth. Share your stories and witness others in theirs. Get support for whatever you’re actually facing, not what you think you should be facing.
Monthly Prompts & Ritual Guides
Follow the moon’s rhythm with prompts and practices designed to help you reconnect with where you are right now. Each month, we tune into the lunar phase and your body’s wisdom, honouring your natural cycles instead of forcing productivity.
Seasonal Surprises & Bonus Content
Throughout the year, I’ll offer spontaneous gifts – guest sessions, seasonal workshops, group conversations, or whatever the moment calls for. These aren’t obligations; they’re invitations to deepen your connection when it feels right.
Private Community on Skool
Stay connected between gatherings. Share the messy moments, celebrate the quiet shifts, and ask for support when you need it. This is your space to be witnessed and held by women who understand the journey back to themselves.

Simple, beautiful tools to support your journey without overwhelming you. Guides for when you need gentle direction, prompts for when you want to go deeper, and materials that honour your rhythm instead of demanding more from you.
