Welcome Back to Your Wild Self

You were born knowing the language of seasons, the rhythm of tides, and the wisdom of growth and rest. Your body remembers how to live in harmony with the natural world, but our modern life has taught you to ignore these ancient knowings in favour of artificial schedules and constant productivity.

This 21-day practice is your invitation to remember what your bones already know :

  • That you are not separate from nature but a part of it.
  • That your energy naturally ebbs and flows like the tides.
  • That your creativity has seasons just like the Earth.
  • That your wellbeing depends not on fighting your natural rhythms but on dancing with them.

Over the next three weeks, you’ll reconnect with the wild intelligence that has guided human beings for millennia.

Through simple daily practices – most taking just 5-10 minutes – you’ll begin to feel the pulse of the natural world in your own heartbeat, see the cycle of seasons reflected in your own creative rhythms, and trust the ancient wisdom that lives in your cellular memory.

This isabout becoming more fully who you already are beneath all the conditioning that has taught you to live against your nature instead of with it.

How This Practice Works

The 21-Day Wild Remembering Practice is designed around the natural rhythm of integration. Research shows it takes approximately 21 days to begin forming new neural pathways, and this timeframe also allows you to experience how natural rhythms shift and change even within a short period.

The Three-Week Journey

Week 1: Awakening (Days 1-7) Waking up to the natural world around and within you

During your first week, you’ll learn to notice what has always been there – the subtle signs of seasonal change, the daily rhythm of light and shadow, the way your own energy responds to natural cycles. This week is about developing sensitivity and awareness.

Week 2: Deepening (Days 8-14) Going deeper into relationship with natural rhythms

Your second week builds on the awareness you’ve developed, introducing practices that help you attune more deeply to seasonal energies and begin aligning your daily life with natural patterns. This is where the remembering truly begins.

Week 3: Integration (Days 15-21) Weaving natural rhythms into your ongoing life

The final week focuses on integration – creating sustainable practices that will continue beyond these 21 days. You’ll learn how to maintain your connection to natural rhythms even in the midst of modern life’s demands.

Preparing for Your Wild Remembering Journey

What You’ll Need

A Journal: Dedicate a notebook specifically to this practice. It doesn’t need to be fancy – just something that feels good to write in.

A Pen: Choose one that flows smoothly and feels comfortable in your hand.

Access to Nature: This could be your garden, a local park, even a single houseplant or the view from your window. You don’t need wilderness – just some connection to the natural world.

An Open Mind: The most important requirement is curiosity and willingness to notice what you might have been overlooking.

Setting Your Intention

Before beginning, take a moment to clarify why you’re drawn to this practice. Write in your journal:

“I am beginning this 21-day practice because…” “What I hope to remember about my natural self is…” “I am ready to reconnect with…”

Creating Ritual Space

While these practices are designed to be simple and flexible, creating a small ritual around them helps signal to your unconscious that this time is sacred. This might be:

  •  Lighting a candle each morning
  • Playing the same piece of gentle music
  • Sitting in the same spot for your practices
  • Taking three deep breaths before beginning

Choose something simple that you can maintain for 21 days.
