Words From The Wild

A Midlife Memoir & Writing Journey
This book is for women who have walked through the fire to arrive at a place of acceptance where they can just be.
Each chapter of the book follows a theme. It contains a personal story related to that theme and a write from the wild writing invitation to explore this aspect for yourself.
Rebirth – The Phoenix Rising

Using the power of words to let go, heal old wounds and deep emotional scars
The phoenix is the symbol of renewal and rebirth. As one life ends, a nest is built, the old phoenix sets fire to itself, and a new one emerges from the ashes.
Rebirth and renewal are never easy, as the stories of these brave women will testify. Each shares a story of a fragmented and fractured life. To feel safe and secure often means stepping through layers of darkness and fragments of yourself to find the light and a way back to who you truly are.
Letting go of fear, shame, guilt, and anger asks that you allow yourself to connect with the emotions you have suppressed and acknowledge them. It also asks that you grieve the old you, learn to love yourself, reclaim your self-worth, speak your truth, and allow the old illusions to dissolve.
Plan Your Non-Fiction Book In A Weekend

Every great book starts with a plan.
In just one weekend (or over a few), you’ll go from idea to action with a complete book strategy. You’ll:
- Discover the idea and clarify your message
- Define your ideal reader
- Create a detailed outline and chapter plan
- Identify existing content, gaps, and what needs writing
- Estimate your timeline for writing, editing, and publishing
- Walk away with a master plan—and possibly your first draft
- Explore how to build a business around your book
If you want to stand out, grow your impact, and position yourself as an expert, writing a nonfiction book is the next step. And this is how you start.
Writing To Heal

Change your life through journaling, reflecting and creative life stories
Writing in a journal is powerful, cathartic and life-changing. Words have the power to heal and when you journal daily you will begin to see where and what you need to heal.
Do you feel stuck? Do you want clarity? Do you want to write and journal in a positive way? Do you want to have fun with your journaling?
Then Writing to Heal is for you… Writing to Heal takes you on a journey that asks you to first pick up your pen and write. To then reflect on what you have written and rewrite it with positive intention so that you change the story.
Coming Soon – Journey Of The Heart

From Self-Love to Living With Your Heart Open
For years, Dale Darley performed self-love. She did the yoga, wrote the journals, and said the affirmations. She told herself she was on the path. She was not. She was acting and playing a part. And underneath all of the confident masks was a woman who had never loved herself at all.
In January 2018, her spine fractured. Alone in Spain with her three dogs, she stood in front of a mirror at a body she barely recognised and said something she had never said before. Thank you. That thank you changed everything.
Journey of the Heart is the book that emerged from the other side of that fracture – and from the deeper fracture it revealed. It is part memoir, part embodied spiritual practice, part living guide rooted in the rhythm of the heart. It is not a programme for self-love, instead, it offers a way of living with the heart open, month by month.
This wasn’t written to teach you how to love yourself. It is a book about recognising that the woman who survived everything you survived was worthy of love the whole time. And that it is never, ever too late to tell her so.
