Taking The Quiz

Step 1: Read Each Question Carefully

Each question presents a common life situation. Read it fully before looking at the answer options.

Example:

“When someone asks you to do something you don’t want to do, you typically:”

Step 2: Choose the Answer That Feels MOST True

You’ll see 7 different answer options (A through G) for each question.

Choose the ONE that:

  • Feels most like your natural, automatic response
  • Describes what you actually do (not what you wish you did)
  • Resonates emotionally, even if it’s uncomfortable

Tips:

  • If multiple answers feel true, choose the one that happens most often
  • If you’re torn between two, pick the one that feels more emotionally charged
  • Don’t choose what sounds “best”  – choose what’s most honest

Step 3: Answer All 14 Questions

The quiz has 14 questions in total. You’ll see a progress counter at the top showing how many you’ve completed.

You must answer all 14 questions to get your results – the “Discover Your Archetype” button won’t work until all questions are answered.

If you’ve done significant personal work and some questions don’t apply anymore, choose ‘None of these apply’ – that’s valuable information showing you’re already in transformation.

Step 4: Submit and View Your Results

Once you’ve answered all 14 questions:

  1. Click the “Discover Your Archetype” button at the bottom
  2. The page will automatically scroll to show your results

The 7 Archetypes:

  1. The People-Pleaser — You abandon yourself to keep others happy
  2. The Perfectionist — You punish yourself with impossible standards
  3. The Invisible Woman — You make yourself small and stay hidden
  4. The Self-Sacrificer — You over-give until you’re depleted
  5. The Self-Doubter — You question everything about yourself
  6. The Postponer — You defer your life to “someday”
  7. The Abandoner — You disconnect from your body and feelings

Your Constellation

Most women don’t have just ONE pattern – they have a constellation of 2-3 patterns that work together.

Your results will show:

  • Strong secondary patterns (30% or more of your primary score)
  • Moderate secondary patterns (15-29% of your primary score)

Example Result:

  • Primary: The People-Pleaser (50%)
  • Strong Secondary: The Invisible Woman (35%)
  • Moderate Secondary: The Self-Sacrificer (20%)

This means you people-please WHILE staying small WHILE over-giving – these patterns reinforce each other.

Make sure you write your results down.
