One of the tools we use is the Wheel Of Life, which is here to guide you on a transformative journey towards rediscovering what is important, setting goals and taking action towards realising them.

The “12 Months Coaching & Mentoring” process is a year-long relationship designed to help you stay on track with whatever you need to focus on. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

  • Introduction to the Wheel of Life Concept: We’ll start with an introduction to the Wheel of Life, a popular coaching tool. This tool is a circle divided into segments, each representing a different area of life. We review the wheel each month and decide on what is important for moving forward.
  • Self-Assessment and Rediscovery: You will be guided through a self-assessment phase, where you evaluate your current satisfaction levels in each area of the Wheel of Life. This phase is crucial for identifying areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Goal Setting: With a clear understanding of your current life situation, you are then guided in setting realistic and achievable goals. These goals are aligned with your values and what you deem important in life.
  • Developing Action Plans: Once goals are set, the next step involves creating detailed action plans. These plans outline the steps needed to achieve the goals, along with timelines and milestones.
  • Ongoing Mentoring and Support: Throughout the 12-month period, you’ll receive continuous mentoring and support. This will be in the form of regular one-on-one sessions. You will get guidance, motivation, and accountability, helping you to stay on track.
  • Review and Adaptation: Regular reviews are conducted to assess progress towards the goals. This is an opportunity to celebrate achievements, learn from challenges, and make necessary adjustments to the action plans.
  • Holistic Approach: The coaching process considers the interconnectedness of different life areas. Improvements in one area can positively impact others, leading to overall life enhancement.
  • Conclusion and Future Planning: As the program nears its end, you will be invited to review your journey, acknowledging your growth and achievements. We will also plan for continuing your development beyond the program, ensuring sustained progress.

Notes:

The sessions are twice a month and are for 90 minutes.
